How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hi@sidekickwriter.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.

Eligible Reasons for Refund

• Duplicate purchase
• Technical failure that prevents reasonable use, provided you have allowed us to troubleshoot the issue
• Statutory consumer rights (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period)

Non-Refundable

• Change of mind after substantial use (over 2,000 AI tokens consumed or export of any full manuscript)
• Breach of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Promotional or beta plans explicitly marked as "non-refundable"

We may make one-off goodwill exceptions at our discretion. All refund decisions are final.
