Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Email support@sidekickwriter.com or use the Paddle self-service portal within 14 days of purchase. Paddle (our Merchant of Record) will assess requests under its Buyer Terms.

Eligible reasons

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical failure that prevents reasonable use and you've allowed us to troubleshoot
  • Statutory consumer rights (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off)

Non-refundable

  • Change of mind after substantial use (over 2 000 AI tokens or export of any full manuscript)
  • Breach of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Promotional or beta plans explicitly marked "non-refundable"

We may make one-off goodwill exceptions. Approval or denial by Paddle is final.
